About these terms

These terms govern your use of Here/Now services. By booking or attending any of our sessions, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payments

• • Bookings are confirmed once you complete the booking process
• • Payment is required as indicated at booking (cash, bank transfer, or PayPal)
• • We reserve the right to cancel sessions due to low numbers or unforeseen circumstances
• • If we cancel, you'll receive a full refund or credit for a future session

Cancellation policy

• • You can cancel your booking through your account
• • Cancellations with 24 hours notice: full refund or credit
• • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: no refund, but credit may be given at our discretion
• • No-shows: no refund or credit

Health and safety

• • You must complete a health questionnaire (PAR-Q) before attending
• • You are responsible for ensuring you're fit to participate
• • Inform facilitators of any health concerns before sessions
• • Participation is at your own risk
• • We maintain public liability insurance

Behaviour and conduct

• • Treat facilitators and other participants with respect
• • Follow facilitator instructions during sessions
• • We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe
• • No refunds will be given for removal due to misconduct

Punch cards and packages

• • Punch cards are valid for 12 weeks from purchase
• • Unused stamps expire after this period
• • Free classes must be claimed within 4 weeks of completion
• • Punch cards are non-transferable and non-refundable

Partner offers

• • Partner free first session is available once per programme
• • Proof of employment/affiliation is required
• • Friends & family discount (50% off) applies only with valid partner booking
• • We reserve the right to verify eligibility

Photography and media

We may photograph or film sessions for promotional purposes. You can opt out of photo/video consent in your account settings or by informing the facilitator before the session.

Intellectual property

All content, materials, and session formats are our intellectual property. You may not record, copy, or share session content without written permission.

Limitation of liability

We accept no liability for:

• • Personal injury or loss arising from your participation (except where caused by our negligence)
• • Loss or damage to personal property
• • Any indirect or consequential losses

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
